The Office was incorporated in 2011 and is an affiliate of Wille & Stiener Associates located in Crown Point, Indiana. This team will provide full range real estate services for Buyers and Sellers in Porter, Lake, LaPorte, and surrounding Northwest Indiana territories as needed for our clients.
Tim Brust is the Principal / Managing Broker of the Wille Stiener & Brust, Inc. (WSB) office in Valparaiso IN which opened in 2011. Tim is a graduate of Ball State University with a degree in Finance. Upon graduation he began a 17 year banking career from May 1985 - June 2002. After experiencing 7 mergers and acquisitions in the Banking industry and ultimately reaching the position of Sr Vice President and Manager of 5/3rd Commercial Real Estate for NW IN. Tim left Banking to pursue a new career in Commercial Real Estate. He obtained his real estate license and went to work at Wille & Stiener Associates in Crown Point IN in August 2002 and 9 years later opened the affiliated Valparaiso Office.
Tim has been a resident of Valparaiso since 1986 and covers all of NW IN as well as other parts of the State as needed by his clients. His time is spent almost equally between Buyer representation and Seller representation. He specializes in Commercial real estate, vacant land development opportunities and farm properties serving a wide array of clients, everyone from national franchise representation to individual/family farm properties. Tim has experience in different fields such as Medical, Hospitality, Restaurant, Office, Industrial, Retail and Residential Industrial Development property.
Tim remains active in Banking, serving on the Centier Bank Board of Directors since 2013. He is a previous Board member and Loan Committee member for the SBA 504 local program (RDC) since 1997, he was a founding Board member of Taltree Arboretum for 17 years as well as assisting other not-for-profit organizations such as the Valparaiso YMCA over the years.
